Shouldn't 揺れるまま、でも君は前へ be "Yureru Mama, Demo Kimi Wa Mae E" instead of "Yureru Mama, Demo Kimi Hamaehe"???

The は and へ in 君は前へ seem to be used as particles that attach to 君 (kimi) and 前 (mae) respectively. Wouldn't "Kimi Wa Mae E" make more sense? Especially when the translation for "君は前へ" is "You Continue Moving Forward".
