Kohane is a bashful girl who lacks self confidence. But one day, she suddenly witnesses a jam session with An and her fellow musicians at a live performance cafe and bar lining the street. She found herself being bombarded with -and captivated by- the rap rhythm and intense tempo of their music that she never heard before.

U-umm... I'm Azusawa Kohane
of Vivid BAD SQUAD.
I'm a freshman at Miyamasuzaka Girls Academy.
And, umm, I'm also a member of the animal care committee...
...huh? I don't have to talk about that kind of stuff?
Ah, you're right. I should only be talking about topics related to music.
Then... umm...
Oh, I'll talk about how I came to sing
at this live house and Vivid Street.
While I was on my way home after running an errand for my mom,
I heard a song coming out from some place.
It was a rap song
that was unlike any kind of music I ever learned in school,
with its intensity and rather strong lyrics...
I was surprised and even a little scared at first...
But then I somehow found myself getting lost in the music.
Umm, I suppose you can say it was a
culture shock moment.
As soon as I got home, I looked up the song on video sites
and saw lots of different people singing it...
And the more I listened to it, the more I came to like everything about the song
from its intensity to the mood created by the rap rhythm.
So then I tried singing the song myself...
But I only just started singing,
and don't have much experience performing at a live house like the others.
Also...
I lack self-esteem
and haven't done anything confidently before...
But An-chan still told me how much
she would love to sing with me...
And that's how I began singing at this live house
and throughout Vivid Street.
Also,
An-chan once told me about her dream.
I was surprised when I first heard about it,
but I also thought that it's such a cool dream to have.
Deep in my heart,
I found myself wishing I could be more like An-chan.
I had some trouble when I first started to sing...
But I would like to keep on singing with
An-chan and everyone here on Vivid Street.
Thank you so much for listening.
So... um... how was that?
...You were really moved by it?
Ehehe, thank you, An-chan.
...huh?
Why are you laughing like that, Shinonome-kun?
...Because it sounded like a speech composition?
Ahaha... I guess you're right...
Huh? A-An-chan!?
S-Stop it! Please don't kick him!
Aoyagi-kun! Don't just watch them! Please stop her!
