The 3900's Exchange is a part of the 3900's Festival where players can exchange their 3900's tickets for various rewards such as 3900's - Free 10-Pull Gacha Tickets, Crystals, Wish drops and more. The 3900's Exchange shop can be accessed by following these steps:
- On the home screen, press menu button on the upper right corner.
- Go to the exchange shops by clicking on the top left button labelled "交換所" (Change Room).
- Click the yellow tab on the left labelled "チケット 交換所" (Ticket Exchange).
- Click on the "3900'sチケット" (3900's Ticket) section.

The limited stamp sets, as stated in their shop name, each contain 5 different stamps that are only available for the duration of the 3900's Exchange being open.
All the possible stamps were originally only available and made specially for the game's Taiwan server.

3900's Tickets[edit | edit source]
The 3900's Exchange only uses 3900's tickets as an exchange item and currency. These tickets can be accessed by various means during the 3900's Festival, some examples being:
- Completing 3900's Festival stamp missions.
- April's Premium Mission Pass.
- Event Exchange Shops during events that take place in April 2024 (Rise as ONE!, Knowing the Unseen and Parallel Harmonies).
