『膝をついて、右手に持った剣は後ろに。 左手をうやうやしく差し出して……』

<Good, just like that. Now say your lines.>
『うん、いいね。 そのまま台詞を言ってみて』

O Juliet! Sun of my life! I beg you, allow me to have your hand in marriage!!
『ああジュリエット！ 僕の太陽！ どうか、この僕と結婚してほしい！！』
Rui
Romeo... Then refuse your name and I shall swear my love!
『ロミオ……。 それならば、その名を捨てて、私をとって頂戴』
Tsukasa
Sweet Juliet...!
『ジュリエット……！』
KAITO
<That was great! I think you're ready for the show.>
『……うん、すごく良くなったね！ これで本番もバッチリだと思うよ』
Tsukasa
Thanks for your help, guys! I'm going to stir up a whirlpool of emotions in the hearts of the students here... No, in the hearts of the whole world!
ああ、助かったぞ、カイト、類！ 必ず学校中を…… いや、世界中を感動の渦に叩きこんでみせる！

I gave the script a read thinking a parody of Romeo and Juliet might be fun, but all you've got here is a bunch of fight scenes and weird plot twists.
ロミオとジュリエットのパロディーって聞いて台本読んでみたら、 バカみたいに戦うシーンばっかりだし、話の展開も変だし……

How can anyone feel moved by this?

You just don't get it! Seeing nine Romeos battling it out to the death to prove their love is going to be a gripping spectacle!
全く、何もわかっとらんな！ ９人のロミオによる、命と真実の愛を賭けたバトルシーンは どう考えても感動するだろう！

Oh, I love that scene too. Desperate to win the heart of their beloved Juliet, the Romeos mercilessly slaughter each other one after another.

Blood gushes left and right to the accompaniment of agonized screams. And yet, the audience is unable to contain their laughter.
飛び散る血潮。悲痛な慟哭。 だというのに、見ている者は何故か笑いを堪えきれない……
