It is a 4☆ happy card that was released in the 2.5th Anniversary - Colorful Festival Gacha, alongside the In the Corner of a Resonant Town event. After the Colorful Festival Gacha ended, players were able to obtain this card through the Swaying, Fluttering Maidens Gacha.
