MIKUdemy is a mixed gender high school in the real world available only for 2023 April Fools' Day, it replaces both Kamiyama and Miyamasuzaka - becoming the only school on the game's map.
Every character, including specific vocaloids, attend the school and are split into four classes with Mikudayo (Dayo-sensei) acting as the principal.

- The Vocaloids as well as Kanade all received new models with school uniforms - Kanade, Miku, Rin and Luka all received Miyamasuzaka uniforms whilst Len, Meiko and Kaito received Kamiyama uniforms.
- During April Fools' Day, MIKUdemy and Scramble Crossing were the only locations that had area conversations.
- Solid Heart Class and Cautious Heart Class used the left side classroom, whilst Passion Heart Class and Pure Heart Class used the right side classroom.
