MIKUdemy is a mixed gender high school in the real world available only for 2023 April Fools' Day, it replaces both Kamiyama and Miyamasuzaka. Every character, including specific vocaloids, attend the school and are split into four classes with Mikudayo acting as the principal (Dayo-sensei).

Trivia
- The Vocaloids aswell as Kanade all received new models with school uniforms - Kanade, Miku, Rin and Luka all received Miyamasuzaka uniforms whilst Len, Meiko and Kaito received Kamiyama uniforms.
- During April Fools' Day, MIKUdemy and Scramble Crossing were the only locations that had area conversations.
- Solid Heart Class and Cautious Heart Class used the left side classroom, whilst Passion Heart Class and Pure Heart Class used the right side classroom.
