※お書きになったそんな音楽は現在使われておりません (ああ) ※もう一度お 書き直して下さい 意味わかんねえ 意味わかんねえ!!! | ※ogaki ni natta sonna ongaku wa genzai tsukawarete orimasen (a-ah) ※mou ichi do o kakinaosu kudasai imi wakannee imi wakannee!!! | ※The music you have written is currently not in use (A-Ah) ※Please try again– I don't understand any of this I don't understand any of this!!! |
どーせ誰も聴いてなんかないさ 音楽なんて全部ファッション 音亡喰らって選手退場オンナイ | dose dare mo kiite nanka nai sa ongaku nante zenbu fasshon on na kuratte senshu taijou wannai | Nobody's listening anyway Music's all just fashion - players getting the red card for devouring dead sounds one night [1] |
どーせ何も伝えてなんかないさ なんとかトック撮って売名 あんな気取っておいて最低グンナイ | dose nani mo tsutaete nanka nai sa nantoka tokku totte baimei anna kidotte oite saitei gunnai | There's no message behind it anyway It's all for making something - toks to sell your name Just for all that vanity, it's the worst - good night |
どうしたって どう見たって 尊師達でもう大渋滞 それでもあっち、こっち、そっち、ぼっち、卍、Zエイジ猿も欲しがる | dou shita tte dou mita tte sonshitachi de mou dai juutai soredemo acchi, kocchi, socchi, bocchi, manji, Z eiji saru mo hosshigaru | Whatever you do, wherever you look, a traffic jam of influencers[2] But still, here, there, everywhere, loners, manji, gen Z, even monkeys want to consume [3] |
パンチライン欲しいの 意味とかどっちだっていいよ 歌詞とかどうでもいいので ノれるの下さい | panchi rain hoshii no imi toka docchi datte ii yo kashi toka dou demo iinode no reru no kudasai | Just give me a nice punch line, I don't care what it means I don't read the lyrics anyway, so just give me something catchy |
さぁ皆で笑いましょう 芸術より数の大小? ヴァイラスに酷い代償 じゃあどうすんの? それでいいんだっけ? 頭は空回り死んでいく | saa mina de waraimashou geijustu yori suu no daishou? vairasu ni hidoi daishou jaa dou sunno? sore de iin dakke? atama wa karamawari shindeiku | Let's just all laugh together[4] Is it more about the numbers than the artistry? Awful price to pay for virality, then what do we do? Was that how it was supposed to go? The mind going in circles and slowly dying away |
※I found myself instead. | ※I found myself instead. | ※I found myself instead. |
ふざけるな バイバイバズメロディ 疑えよ 大概嘘ばかり 化けんな幻想でも理想でも良い | fuzakeru na baibai bazu merodi utagae yo taigai uso bakari baken na gensou demo risou demo ii | Bullshit! Say bye bye to viral melodies Have some doubt, lies are everywhere Don't disguise yourself, fantasies and ideals are fine |
君の歌いたかった物はどうしたんだい? | kimi no utaitakatta mon wa dou shitan dai? | What happened to the things you wanted to sing about? |
ぶざまでも オーライ嘘じゃない お金や擬奏で満たす前に 負けんな覚醒せよ鼓動達よ | buzama demo oorai uso janai okane ya gisou de mitasu mae ni maken na kakusei seyo kodou tachi yo | Being awkward is alright, there are no lies before you fill it up with money and disguised tunes Don't give in, awaken your heartbeats |
僕の伝えたかった物はどうしたんだい? 意味わかんねぇ!!! | boku no tsutaetakatta mon wa dou shitan dai? imi wakannee!!! | What was the message that I wanted to share? I don't understand any of this!!! |
意味わかんねぇよ!!!!!! 意味わかんねぇ | imi wakannee yo!!!!!! imi wakannee | I don't fucking understand any of this!!!!!! [5] I don't understand any of this |
English translation by igloo |
- ↑ Euphemism using made up words 「音亡」 is pronounced like 「女」(woman), and 「女を喰らう」is a vulgar way of saying sleeping with a woman. Probably referring to songs getting "used and then thrown away".
- ↑ The proper translation of 「尊師」 is "respected teacher". In this context, it might be referring to terms like beauty gurus, fitness gurus, financial gurus etc.
- ↑ "卍" is stereotypical teen-girl slang for describing excitement in Japan.
- ↑ Likely dual meaning here - 「祓う」 (はらう) for "removing bad energy/exorcising" but also probably hinting at the more obvious homonym 「払う」 meaning "spend money/pay"
- ↑ There's no word in there that translates literally to "f*ck". But the song uses significantly stronger and rougher language than the regular form of the phrase (意味わからない) - especially with the stronger emphasis due to the suffix and tone.
